Unlike normal tires for normal wheels that use a center raised ridge
that have to weigh more due to wheel desighn and put more
 weight around the OD of the wheel making for harder rotation
spin up and harder to stop spin down (rotational mass) the
Super Tire system for the double flanged wheels weigh much lighter
due to wheel design pair the tires with a super double flanged wheel
and what you get is a wheel and tire system that takes less power to
rotate and spin up and less force to stop spin down.
